Did you know that a record number of anti-LGBTQ+ bills have been introduced this year? At least 417 in state legislatures across America – a new record.

Frankly, it’s disturbing to see more states pass these regressive and outdated laws that infringe on the rights and liberties of LGBTQ+ Americans. That’s why I couldn’t be more proud to re-introduce our Equality Act , comprehensive legislation that would protect LGBTQ+ Americans from discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in housing, employment, education, jury service, federal funding, and more.

No person should face discrimination based on who they are or who they love. Will you add your name as a citizen co-sponsor of my Equality Act now so we can make that a reality?
