John,
Can you believe it? Today marks three months since we launched our campaign for Congress in NY-19.
In just a short amount of time, our campaign has built so much momentum, and it’s all thanks to your support. You may have already seen the first edition of our Riley Report, setting forth our big accomplishments thus far, and I wanted to write to you today with a few updates:
→ Our first fundraising quarter ended on June 30 and–thanks to YOU–we exceeded everyone’s expectations, raising over $775,000. Unlike Marc Molinaro, we did it without taking any corporate PAC money. In fact, we raised more than 3X the amount Marc Molinaro raised from individuals in the first three months of his re-election campaign!
→ And people are taking notice! We’ve received the support of more than 20 Democratic chairs and vice-chairs from across NY-19, and the endorsement of the Chenango Democratic Committee.
→ I’m especially proud to have earned the first endorsement of organized labor this cycle! I’m honored to have the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers on our team, and I’ll continue to stand up for working people everywhere.
It’s clear that our campaign has all the momentum because–unlike career politician Marc Molinaro and his special interest backers–our team is completely grassroots.
John, thanks for all you’ve done, but this is just the beginning. Will you make your first contribution today to help us keep up this momentum as we get ready for next year’s toss-up election?

With gratitude & high hopes,
Josh
