| | | | Only one week removed from thousands of Rhode Island gun owners filling the Statehouse, Gov. Gina Raimondo quickly responded this week with her own press event by welcoming out-of-town gun grabber Gabby Giffords to Providence. |
| | | | On February 7th, the House Committee on Judiciary will hold a hearing on House Bill 4005 to impose one-size-fits-all standards for firearm storage. |
| | | | Fairfax, Va - The Virginia House of Delegates spent barely an hour debating a series of extreme gun control measures that Bloomberg-backed lawmakers rushed through the Public Safety Committee last week. All public testimony and questions were limited to just three minutes in Committee, and debate on the floor was repeatedly cut short.

| | | | On January 30th, the Virginia House of Delegates voted to pass all of the anti-gun bills before them not long after floor session convened for the day. The Senate previously passed four anti-gun bills. Neither chamber has considered a bill from the other yet. |
