Israel is under attack from all sides. Hezbollah is camping in northern Israel, a new world of terrorism is forming in Jenin, and Israeli tourists are targeted for assassination in Europe. Meanwhile, Iran's nuclear program is steadily advancing, threatening Israel's very existence. A former US diplomat described the situation as, “despite US Efforts, Iran is ascendant.”
Against the backdrop of the Iranian multifront war against the State of Israel and the Jewish people, anti-Israeli and antisemitic propaganda has reached a height in the United States and the global community. While the American-Israeli relationship remains a cornerstone of U.S. foreign policy, the current White House is unwilling to deal with the current Israeli government. This is why now, more than ever, American politicians need to hear from you, and EMET will guarantee that your voice will not be silenced.
Every day, EMET’s team goes to Capitol Hill to ensure that American legislators and policymakers are well-informed and well-educated about the threats and challenges Israel faces daily. We provide them with state-of-the-art, objective, fact-based, and non-ideological geopolitical analysis of the reality in the Middle East and the growing threats of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well as help lead bi-partisan efforts to support Israel and the Jewish people. Over the past several months, we have advocated for the IHRA definition of antisemitism to be adopted by all federal agencies, including the US Department of Education, for a more robust foreign policy regarding Iran and more support of the courageous dissidents of Iran, against the use of BDS, singling out our one democratic ally, Israel, in the region and for the slashing of funds for antisemitic UNRWA textbooks and against UNRWA’s policy of hiring teachers who are affiliated with Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and other terrorist organizations.
Our knowledge helps to create, support, and pass pro-Israel legislation and make the U.S. Congress's pro-Israel voice heard at the White House, the State Department, and the UN through a constant flow of letters and inquiries. We work with offices on both sides of the aisle to ensure that American foreign policy serves the interests of the American people and provides support for a strong, prosperous, and democratic Israel that will continue to be a beacon of democracy and human rights in the world.
EMET also dedicates resources to public outreach, ensuring that we provide the public with policy analysis from the best experts in Washington, and the world, through webinars and constant publications.
We take no money from governments or agenda-driven donors. Given the growing challenges both in the Middle East and Israel, EMET needs to expand, grow, and increase its activities to ensure the U.S.-Israel bond remains robust.
This is why we need your support. We cannot do this alone. EMET depends on you to make sure Israel and the Jewish people survive and are strong.
Investing in EMET is investing in the Jewish community and Israel’s future, and in the strength of the United States of America.
Thank you very much.
Invest in EMET. Invest in the Truth.
