Governor Mills Signs Bills Into Law

Governor Janet Mills has signed the following bills into law:

• LD 202, An Act to Clarify the Requirements for Adult Use Cannabis Stores to Transact Sales at Specified Events
• LD 1436, An Act to Provide Remedies for Survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation
• LD 1795, An Act to Create Greater Transparency for Facility Fees Charged by Health Care Providers and to Establish the Task Force to Evaluate the Impact of Facility Fees on Patients
• LD 1986, An Act Relating to Net Energy Billing and Distributed Solar and Energy Storage Systems
• LD 2010, An Act to Correct Inconsistencies, Conflicts and Errors in the Laws of Maine
• LD 2017, An Act to Fund Collective Bargaining Agreements with Executive Branch Employees
• LD 2018, Resolve, Regarding Legislative Review of Portions of Chapter 301: Fee Schedule and Administrative Procedures for Payment of Court or Commission Assigned Counsel, a Late-filed Major Substantive Rule of the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal Services
• LD 2019, An Act to Authorize Funding for Collective Bargaining Agreements with Certain Judicial Department Employees
