Join us this fall for one of four different in-person trainings we will be hosting in Revere, MA!

Hello ,

After more than 3 years of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are beyond excited to announce that we are back to having in-person programming and trainings starting this fall!

The last 3 years have been a very difficult time for many of us. The pandemic was a shift that forced many of us to change course and alter the ways in which we related to one another. Many lost loves ones, and people and communities around the world were swung into a whirlpool of uncertainty and struggle to figure out how to move forward.

As an institute that has trained over ten thousand people over the last 10 years, we were also forced to re-think how to best support social movements and community organizations during this crisis and beyond. This time gave birth to our online educational platform, the Ayni School ([link removed] ) , which launched two years ago.

While this has proven to be an immense and important contribution to our work, it cannot replace the connection and relationship building that being in the same physical space facilitates. It is in this spirit that we offer the following 4 in-person trainings this fall to officially bring back the magic of the in person training. For more information on all of these trainings, please head to ayni.institute ([link removed] ) to see our full program of events for the latter half of this year.

The Mending the Heart Cohort is tailored for people who are doing social change work so that you can get a framework (an understanding or perspective) on emotional resiliency that is based on psychotherapy, neuroscience, Indigenous wisdom, and community work. We believe this is a framework, a practice, that can honor all of these perspectives and addresses both individual and group resiliency. Join us ([link removed] ) to learn simple, key practices that you can do regularly to build resiliency for yourself and for a group. Want to learn more first? Click here ([link removed] ) .

We will learn how to grow and strengthen these three relationships through communal ceremonies, meaningful dialogue, and deep reflection. The Seasons of Leadership training is about the cyclical patterns that exist in our leadership and social movement organizations. Seasons and cycles help us to understand, appreciate and protect the ebbs and flows that occur throughout our time in this work. We believe that each stage in a cycle has a purpose, gift, and limits that can be applied to our lives, leadership, organizations, and movements. During this training we will dive into our leadership and organizational seasons specifically.
