Dear Mr. xxxxxx,
As I begin another busy week in Washington, DC, I wanted to pass along my latest update on what I have been doing to fight for you, Texas’ 21st Congressional district, and our country as a whole:
Mr. President, we’re going to secure the border
One year ago, 53 human beings cooked to death in a tractor trailer in our district. Over the past year, we have seen more migrant deaths from crossing the US-Mexico border than ever recorded. Instead of stopping this humanitarian crisis, the Biden administration is encouraging this deathly chaos to reign on.
Exposing wokeness in the military
On June 1st, I demanded the Department of Defense to record every taxpayer dollar used to fund “Pride Month” activities and report back by this week (July 15th). We don’t need the military spending their time and your money on divisive demonstrations; we need them focused on countering our enemies and defending the American people and the country that so many before them died for. I am going to keep holding Defense Secretary Austin’s feet to the fire until he accounts for the divisive, un-American use of taxpayer dollars.
