Summary: DHS asset-related policy changes in Bulletin #23-21-19: DHS Announces Temporary Asset Disregard and Other Asset Policies for Certain MHCP Enrollees do not apply when determining eligibility for AC and ECS during the unwinding period, from April 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024. Case managers and assessors should continue using the AC and ECS financial eligibility worksheets.

Summary:?On May 9, 2023, DHS released an on-demand virtual training for lead agency staff and providers to better understand the new remote adult day services option.
