john,

At the end of June, while thousands were still celebrating Pride month, the Supreme Court ruled that businesses have the right to refuse service to LGBTQ+ customers.

This decision to allow discrimination towards members of the LGBTQ+ community is wrong. Kim knows it’s long past time we ensure all Americans have the same protections under the laws – and it’s time for Congress to take action.

House Democrats just reintroduced the Equality Act, which would explicitly outlaw any discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity nationwide.

Kim has been proud to support the Equality Act since she was first sworn into office, and it’s past time for both chambers of Congress to pass this landmark legislation.

If you agree that no one should be refused service or discriminated against based on their sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity, add your name now to show your support for the Equality Act >>

Thanks,

Team Schrier

To win back the House majority, we must re-elect Rep. Kim Schrier in WA-08. Will you chip in to protect Kim's seat and reclaim the House majority in 2024?
