Named for the original Common Sense that Thomas Paine published in 1776, our book points a way forward on such priorities as the budget, energy, immigration, inflation, education, and America’s place in the world.
As candidates in the major parties continue to peddle fear and grievance to their narrow bases, Common Sense will speak to and for the aspirations of everyone else. It shows how our leaders can address even the most contentious issues, such as guns, gender, and abortion, with civility and respect for one another and for the American people.
