Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that on behalf of the State Loan and Investment Board the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows, and is opening the public comment period to accept comments related to proposed amendments to the following chapters:

Chapter 11 - Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loans

Chapter 16 - Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loans

COMMENT PERIOD STARTS June 30, 2023, AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON August 31, 2023

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapter 11 and 16 of the State Loan and Investment Boards' Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
