Friend, I just signed a new set of bills into law that will dramatically lower prescription drug prices for our families and seniors! I hope you’ll give me a chance to explain why this is such a win for New Jersey.
For far too long, Americans have had to ration or forgo essential care due to sky-high prescription drug prices.
This new law is going to cap out-of-pocket costs for insulin, asthma inhalers, and EpiPens. That’s a HUGE deal for the more than 622,000 New Jerseyans who have diabetes and have had to bear the burden of sky-rocketing insulin prices.
The new law will also establish new oversight and transparency practices for drug manufacturers. Consumers will, for the first time, have insight into the cost of manufacturing drugs at every step of the process.
I couldn’t be prouder to have signed these important bills into law today. New Jerseyans can rest easier knowing that their government is working diligently to put money back into their pockets.
Now our goal is to get this message out to all New Jerseyans, and celebrate this big win. We need your help to do it, though. Will you chip in a donation of any amount today to support us in getting the good news out to the entire state? [[link removed]]

Thanks for your help, team. This is a big win but don’t think I’m done fighting! There’s still a lot more that can be done to lower health care costs in New Jersey, and I’m committed to getting them done.
