Disability Pride Month is an opportunity for our union to celebrate the contributions disabled Americans make to our workplaces, nation, and our communities. Those with disabilities, both seen and unseen, are a vital part of the federal and D.C. government workforce, and AFGE is committed both to honoring our members with disabilities and fighting back against workplace discrimination that those with disabilities may experience.

In this video, National Vice President for Women and Fair Practices Jeremy Lannan shares the importance of disability activism and how critical it is for our union to continue to fight for fairness and justice for all.
