It Was an Amazing Night!

Our office opening BBQ was a huge success.

It’s official - the Agwan for U.S. office opening BBQ last week was awesome. Friends and community members from all over the district came out to celebrate the growth our movement has experienced in the recent weeks, and everyone had a great time. We had a huge crowd show up to support our movement and talk about what’s next. I am so grateful to everyone who joined us last Wednesday and helped make our BBQ a night to remember.

Last Wednesday was a celebration - and we’ve got a lot to celebrate. Not only has our staff grown to over 20 dedicated political operatives, we’ve raised more than a quarter of a million dollars in individual donations. While other Congressional candidates in this city are busy cozying up to lobbyists and big money hacks, our movement is building community support. We are strong because we are passionate about progress in the new District 07. Everyone who attended last Wednesday is ready for universal healthcare and good-paying clean energy jobs. They are sick of big lobbyists controlling our policy and want weapons of war off of our streets. This movement is a movement of the people, not of special interests.

Thank you so much to everyone who made it out last Wednesday. With support like this, I have no doubt that we will be victorious in March.

Help Us Knock Doors Next Saturday!

Join us on Saturday, July 15 at 6 PM to knock doors for change in the new District 07. We need everyone’s help to spread our message of hope and progress all throughout the district.

Block walking is an integral part of the process. Elections are won and change is made by talking directly to the voters about the issues that matter most to them. Politics has lost its human touch and we’re here to change that. Don’t worry if you’ve never block walked before, our team will teach you everything you need to know. The community effort we’re putting in right now is what will win this race in March. No amount of dark or dirty money can beat real human interaction.

Meet us at 1700 Missouri St. this Saturday at 6 PM to help us knock doors and create real change in the new district.
