In order for children to have a loving home, parents must be able to afford the high cost of adoption. What if we were to pass a bill to help families do just that, causing the number of adoptions to rise?
Governor Greg Abbott called lawmakers back to the state Capitol in Austin to pass conservative legislation, but he has not yet added Pro-Life bills to the special session agenda.
