Folks—happy Saturday! I’ve got some good news to bring you today.

For years, I’ve been fighting hard to increase internet access in Montana. And this year, we made it happen.

By working with both parties in the Senate, I’ve secured tens of millions of dollars for Montanans that will go directly to bringing reliable and affordable high-speed internet to our rural towns and communities across Montana.

As the Senate’s only working dirt farmer, this issue was personal. I’ve seen firsthand how critical high-speed internet is to a small business, especially in rural areas like Big Sandy.

But the funding coming to Montana isn’t just about boosting the local economy, it’s also about fighting for rural America. Rural Montanans deserve high-speed internet. They deserve to more easily work online and on-the-go. Rural infrastructure is just as important to America as any big city, and I’m proud to bring this investment home to Montana.

Let’s continue to build on this progress and work to get all rural communities, in Montana and across the country, the infrastructure they deserve.
