But access to care has been stripped away from far too many – worsening
many of the inequities and disparities that already harm the most
vulnerable people in our communities.

In response, Ayanna introduced the Abortion Justice Act to protect and
expand the fundamental right to abortion care and ensure every person is
able to exercise their fundamental reproductive rights.
