In an article published on July 5, the Washington Examiner praised Sound of Freedom's box office success as "a huge victory for its faith-based promoters, including CPAC". The article goes on to list the evidence of the movie's success from selling out theaters to predictions of earning an overall $20 million in just the first six days. CPAC is honored to have partnered with Angel Studios for Sound of Freedom's premiere at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C. Producer of Sound of Freedom Eduardo Verástegui shared behind the scenes stories with Matt Schlapp and Elaine Beck on this week's episode of America Uncanceled. Verástegui opens up about the personal meaning the film has for him and the real heroes who lent their stories to the film. The episode marked the opening day of the film on July 4.
