There’s no way to sugarcoat it. The ATF is going after our Second Amendment rights more aggressively than ever before.

The ATF has been imposing a zero-tolerance policy, resulting in the highest rate of revocations in 16 YEARS. A zero-tolerance policy that they themselves could not meet.

But while this agency is an absolute clown show masquerading as a law enforcement bureau, we should NOT take ATF’s overreach and misconduct lightly. Thanks to the Biden regime, they have been given the autonomy to implement policies that are not only unconstitutional but also an affront to our country's rule of law.

Nowhere in our judicial system is there such a blatant abuse of power as we've seen at ATF. One example is how the ATF has been using minor clerical errors as a justification to take away the constitutional rights of lawful gun owners and legal gun sellers.

But the “zero-tolerance” policy is merely one of the countless ways the ATF makes enemies out of law-abiding firearm owners without enhancing public safety.

It’s time we ask ourselves, why should ATF be able to destroy the lives of Americans over a technicality when they lose thousands of guns and illegally keep hundreds of thousands of records? 

The answer is simple... THEY SHOULDN’T! And it’s time we put a stop to this madness.

That’s why I’m leading the fight to DEFUND AND ABOLISH THE ATF, and I need folks like you to join the fight to help me defend our Second Amendment rights.

Increasingly we are seeing Soros-backed prosecutors being installed with orders to stop prosecuting violent crime and criminalizing self-defense. And the ATF has been all too eager to follow suit.

Under Steve Dettelbattch, the ATF has been weaponized against law-abiding citizens to facilitate a radical anti-gun agenda where Americans are not in a position to defend themselves.

And the ATF cannot be trusted to protect our right to keep and bear arms. 

There is no timeline where the ATF, under any administration, would become an ally to gun owners. It needs to go, we need to abolish the ATF before they abolish our Second Amendment rights.
