Last week, the Trump-appointed judges on the Supreme Court ruled that businesses were allowed to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people. This decision comes in a year where extremist lawmakers have advanced a record-breaking number of homophobic and transphobic bills, with Congressional Republicans poised to do the same on a national level.

June may be over, but Pride lasts all year round. And I'm ready to tell these extremists to take their hate and shove it 365 days a year.

I'm not going to stop fighting for equality or to elect Democrats who will stand with me. Fund this fight.

One practice I remain committed to ending is so-called conversion therapy.

Let's be clear: Conversion therapy is quack science. It's a scam -- one that has hurt far too many Americans.

That's why I authored the first state law in the nation to ban it in the California legislature, and why I'm leading the fight for a federal ban in Congress. But the next step we need to take if we're going to get it passed into law is flipping the House blue.

In California all those years ago, we started a movement, and today more than 20 states now ban this evil practice. In 2024, we can take this fight to the polls. I'm already working to take back the House. Are you with me?
