John,
When I first announced my campaign for Congress, I took a pledge to not accept any corporate PAC money.
Some pundits thought that my campaign couldn’t win without support from special interests. But we proved them wrong–in 2018, in 2020, and then in 2022. We sent a message to the special interests that this seat does not belong to them but to the people of Maine’s Second Congressional District.
I’m running for re-election with the backing of my grassroots team, not corporate PACs. That’s why I’m humbly asking for folks like you to step up and contribute to my people-powered campaign.

Too many politicians talk about getting big money out of politics, but they don’t follow through. I don’t take money from corporate PACs because the people of Maine’s Second District deserve to know that when powerful special interests come knocking, your representative has your back.
I’ve been fighting for the Mainers who work hard just to keep up with the bills – our small business owners, firefighters, teachers, loggers, nurses, shipbuilders, and lobstermen. This fight is deeply important to me and to us. My campaign relies on people like you chipping in $5, $10, or $20 whenever you can to fund our grassroots movement.
So, John, can I count on you to chip in so I can continue fighting for Mainers in Congress?
