*South Kitsap*
*SW Lake Helena Rd *is closed east of the intersection with Wicks Lake Rd SW for a culvert replacement project. Wicks Lake Rd SW access will be via single lane temporary bypass road. Follow this link to view or download detour route flyer. [ [link removed] ]
Crews are doing full depth patching at the locations listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:
* *SE Nelson Rd* from Crescent Valley Rd SE to Bandix Rd SE (MO-WE)
* *Orchard Ave SE* from Olalla Valley Rd SE to SE Willock Rd (WE-FR)
*WSDOT Alert - Work starts on new Bethel Ave and Bay Street roundabout in Port Orchard*: An upcoming project in Port Orchard will replace an aging traffic signal with a modern roundabout. As work progresses, travelers will see one-way alternating traffic with temporary traffic signals. People can expect added congestion during construction. *Central Kitsap*
*Bangor/Keyport Sewer Project*: Expect moderate delays with single lane alternating in sections throughout entire project area from 8 am to 3 pm weekdays:
* *Clear Creek Rd NW* between Southern Boundary Rd and NW Mountain View Rd
* The shoulder is closed on *Mountain View Rd NW* between Clear Creek Rd NW and Southern Boundary Rd

*Illahee Rd NE* is closed from Oceanview Blvd NE to Roosevelt Ave for water main replacement. Closures will be in small segments each day moving south to north beginning July 10 through August 11. Daytime closures from 7am to 5pm. Local access will be guided through work zone as needed. Follow this link to view detour route map [ [link removed] ].
Expect delays on the entire length of *N Mission Rd W* for utility work (fiber installation).
Daytime closures on *NW Sid Uhinck Dr* between NW Chena Rd and NW Mirage Ln for construction related to the new Kitsap Transit Center.

*North Kitsap*
*NW Scandia Rd* is closed 150 yards north of NW Virginia Loop Rd for a culvert replacement project. This project is anticipated to be completed in September.
Crews are paving at the locations listed below. Expect significant delays longer than 10 minutes:
* *Skookum Rd NE* at NE Laurel Grove Ave and Sunset St NE
* *Skookum Rd NE* at NE Holman Rd and Lemolo Shore Dr NE
* *NE Beachwood Ave* from Indianola Rd NE to end of county maintained
* *NE Ortis Rd* at the intersection with Ogle Rd NE
Expect delays on *Clear Creek Rd NW, Pioneer Way NW and 12 Trees Ln NW* on Wednesday for an oversized load travelling from Naval Base Kitsap Bangor to the Twelve Trees Business Park.
Expect delays on *NE West Kingston Road* at the intersection with South Kingston Rd NE for private development traffic signal installation.
*NE Point No Point Rd* remains closed to through traffic while crews facilitate flood remediation work. Access to local residents and service providers is open (Emergency Services, USPS, Waste Management, parcel deliveries etc.).
