TDI proposes amendments to the Filings Made Easy (FME) Rules

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) proposes amending the FME Rules. Some of the proposed amendments include statutory changes made by Senate Bill 1367 [ [link removed] ] (PDF) and Senate Bill 965 [ [link removed] ] (PDF), 87th Legislature, 2021.

Amendments also include new requirements for personal automobile and residential property filings, and information about third-party data and models.
