The recent rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court have sent shockwaves through
our nation, striking at the very foundation of fairness and justice. The
court's decisions to end affirmative action in higher education, kill
President Joe Biden's plan to address student loan debt, and deliver a
blow to LGBTQ+ rights cannot be viewed in isolation.^1 These rulings are a
symptom of a larger problem—a court compromised by biased justices like
Samuel Alito, who has shown a disregard for the public's interest.

If you have been following the news, you know about the questionable
actions and unethical behavior of Justice Alito and his wife. It has come
to light that Justice Alito accepted luxurious vacations paid for by
right-wing megadonors with cases before the court, without ever disclosing
these gifts or recusing himself from the cases.^2

[ [link removed] ]This egregious behavior is an outright betrayal of the public's trust
by selling our justice system to the rich and powerful. And the corruption
doesn't stop there. Justice Alito's wife, Martha Ann Bomgardner Alito,
leased land to an oil and gas firm while her husband fought against the
Environmental Protection Agency.^3

Alito has shown a consistent pattern of ruling in favor of corporate
interests over the rights of everyday Americans. We cannot allow him to
continue striking down our civil liberties and ruling against our
fundamental rights with his biased and unethical decisions.

Sign the petition to demand the Senate launch an investigation into
Justice Alito's misconduct and, if warranted by the evidence, proceed with
impeachment proceedings.

Justice Alito and his wife’s shady associations and questionable financial
dealings raise serious concerns about their impartiality and motives, but
they aren’t the only ones entangled in this web of corruption. Justice
Clarence Thomas has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts
from right-wing megadonor Harlan Crow, who owns the home where Justice
Thomas's mother lives rent-free and who pays the private school tuition
for Justice Thomas's godchild.^4

[ [link removed] ]Stand up against corruption and demand accountability from those who
hold immense power. Demand that the Supreme Court justices be held to the
standards of the court and, if in violation, thoroughly investigated and
held accountable.

This isn't a coincidence; it's a systemic problem that's poisoning the
highest court in our country. It's clear that Justice Alito and others on
the court are more interested in pushing their own agendas than upholding
the principles of fairness and equality. We must take a stand and demand a
full investigation into the actions of Justice Alito and Thomas, and any
other justices whose behavior raises red flags.
