Last week, we saw the right wing of the Supreme Court end affirmative action in college admissions, strike down President Biden’s plan to eliminate student loan debt, and curtail the rights of LGBTQ+ Americans to shop in public stores. The ‘Court That Dark Money Built’ is unmoored from precedent and injuring the American people.

I want to take a moment to bring you some good news on the courts, but before I do, can you help start off our July fundraising efforts on the right foot by chipping in $5?

Our democracy relies on a fair and impartial judicial system – and we've been confirming lower court judges in the Judiciary Committee at a record pace, with 136 Biden nominees now on the bench.

These diverse, dedicated public servants are committed to equal justice and will play a big role in protecting citizens’ rights. And they’ll help repair the damage done by Trump judges plucked off the Federalist Society’s roster.

To stop that progress, right-wing ideologues with billions to spend are out to take away our Senate majority, to regain control over the judicial confirmation process and impose their far-right agenda.

So, team, we have to keep the Senate blue to keep confirming experienced, impartial, and fair judges. Will you chip in what you can today to defend our majority next year so we can protect the future of our courts?

Last week was a reminder of how much honest courts matter.
