ISRA Alert: Sunday August 4 - Meet the Gun Grabbers at "Gun Safety" Town Hall in Naperville 1pm-4:30pm

Summary: A "gun violence prevention" group of Naperville High School Students will have a Town Hall meeting at the Naperville 95th St Library with invited elected officials

The group is "Our Safety USA," , a handful of students from Naperville (LinkedIn profile

), some innocent wide-eyed dreamers who got sucked into using the term "gun violence," and so are fixated on guns. A quick look at their website oursafetyusa.org

shows that they learned the code words for gun control, that the nations "gun violence" problems can be solved with "safer weapon technology" and doing something about the "colossal influence" the NRA wields "to subjugate any gun-control legislation."

The event is a Town Hall meeting, likely a one-sided affair, once you see who's coming to speak. You need to show up, keep them honest, ask the tough questions.

Here is theevent as described on the "Our Safety USA" Facebook page

On Sunday, August 4, we are hosting a town hall at the 95th street Naperville Public Library from 2-4 PM. The objective of this town hall is to facilitate an open discussion on how to prevent gun violence in the Naperville/Aurora community. This town hall will not address any issues such as the amendment of any gun laws or gun rights. Our discussion
will only focus on the implementation of gun safety in the community.

Featuring:

Lauren Underwood (Congresswoman)

Stephanie Kifowit (State representative)

Laura Ellman (State senator)

Mimi Cowan (Will County board)

Kevin Coyne (Naperville City Council)

FREE ADMISSION

Looking first at the roster of speakers, the first four are known for anti-gun votes and commentary.

Second, look at that agenda, they're just talking about "gun safety in the community." But no "gun laws or gun rights." Sure, sure.

What kind of code words will the youth have learned and the elected officials use to describe denying your rights tomorrow?

Are we going to learn how to safely clean a gun, clear a jam, or the four rules?

Or are we going to hear about "smart guns" and decoder rings, and how those make you safer?

Of course that all naturally leads to outlawing the guns that you have now, but this is not about laws or rights, right?

You had better get there, stand up for your rights.

Yes, they're young people, and sometimes young people need guidance.

Will you let their only influence be gun grabbers from Congress and the Illinois Legislature?

The Naperville 95th St Library is at 3015 Cedar Glade Rd, Naperville, IL 60564.

The event is in Meeting Room A and runs from, well that depends on where you saw it. We have seen 2pm-4pm (above), 1pm-4:30pm (their poster on Facebook), and 2pm-4:30pm (a different mention on their Facebook page.).

You should get there at 12:30pm and enjoy the company of your fellow gun owners before the event starts. You know what to wear.

One of ISRA's newest young members informed the ISRA home office of this event. Thank you.
