In a new Associated Press report, the chair of the National Republican Campaign Committee is quoted saying that CA-47 is the GOP’s top target in 2024. He even says it’s “probably our best pickup opportunity in the country.”

Remember: Our likely Republican opponent, Scott Baugh, nearly won this seat last cycle against Katie Porter. Now, it’s clear he’ll have the full backing of the GOP fundraising machine.
