Last week was a whirlwind for our democracy. We watched as the slanted Supreme Court stripped away our communities of abortion rights first, then gun safety and environmental, now affirmative action. And we don’t know what they’re planning to attack next.
This extreme SCOTUS continues to prove that they are out of touch with everyday Americans and are deeply influenced by far-right politicians and special interests. Enough is enough.
It's time to restore balance to the bench, John. We need to expand SCOTUS now. If you stand with our movement to expand the Supreme Court, please add your name to our petition to call on President Biden to add Justices to the Court and reverse the damage that's been done.
Extremists in the highest court of the land are decimating abortion rights, upholding white supremacy, and blocking life-changing debt relief. There's too much at stake to leave our fate in the hands of just nine supreme court justices who are not equipped to bring solutions to the urgent needs of the people.
Reforming the courts is the only way we can work to restore public confidence and trust in our highest courts and work to build back our democracy rooted in compassion, unity, and equality.
