I asked Lavora if I could reach out to you personally.

Team, it's Liz Walters — the Ohio Democratic Party Chair. I asked Lavora if I could reach out to you personally.

Right now, Ohio Democrats are working to defend reproductive rights and access at the ballot box this year. But, anti-choice legislators are trying to STOP Ohioans from making their voices heard at the polls by making it nearly impossible for Ohioans to pass citizen-led ballot initiatives.

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose even said the quiet part OUT LOUD when he finally admitted, after months of denial, that their extreme measure is “100%” due to efforts to legalize abortion. We need your help fighting back.

Ohio Democrats are united in opposition against these political efforts to rip fundamental rights away from voters — and we need you with us. Will you split a donation between Michigan Democrats and Ohio Democrats today to fuel our efforts to defend reproductive rights in Ohio?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

Listen, the GOP knows the majority of Ohioans REJECT their extremist agenda. That's why they're trying to rewrite the rules to impede the will of Ohio voters.

This blatant power grab is un-democratic. And, unless we act, the GOP's attack on the initiative petition process could stop Ohioans from enshrining reproductive rights into our state constitution this fall.

We can't let a few extreme politicians stop Ohioans from enshrining reproductive rights into the state constitution. Split a donation between Michigan Democrats and Ohio Democrats right away to help us defend reproductive rights in Ohio!

Thank you,

Liz Walters
Chair
Ohio Democrats
