Turns out Clarence Thomas isn’t the only Supreme Court Justice failing to disclose luxury trips. It’s been revealed Justice Samuel Alito attended a luxury fishing trip in 2008 funded and attended by GOP mega-donor Paul Singer and also organized and attended by — you guessed it — extreme far-right operative Leonard Leo.

This is yet another example of the influence far-right, dark money forces have when it comes to our highest Court, and why we must build the bench of Dem elected officials who will fight back in the courts and in their states. Dem AGs can file briefs in Supreme Court cases and they can act immediately in response to a massive rollback of rights like we saw after the Dobb’s decision.
