John, it seems like Ron DeSantis is pushing how far he can bend the laws yet again.

On his recent trip to the Texas-Mexico border for a campaign event, DeSantis took a tour for a photo op. The problem is, taxpayers likely footed the bill.

The helicopter DeSantis posed in front of is property of the Texas Department of Public Safety, and experts say his use of Texas government resources for his political purposes could violate the law.

DeSantis’s stunt is also raising eyebrows more broadly – why was the campaign even granted access to government property to promote a political event in the first place?
