Hi there,
The team has been sharing some incredible stats with you from the ground in Iowa. These numbers speak for themselves. And let me tell you, these aren’t easy feats.
This team is doing everything they can to run the largest caucusgoer outreach programs in large cities and small towns. But all of this is very expensive and in order to win, the teams in South Bend and Iowa need resources to continue funding robust caucusgoer turnout programs.
We’re up against a huge fundraising deadline tomorrow night, and we’re still only 54% of the way to our $1 million goal. Will you chip in anything you can right now to help the team run the type of programs we need to win? [[link removed]]
The pace at which we’re talking to caucusgoers is truly incredible. Pete is the only candidate to visit Iowa Falls twice -- a town in a reliably-red county which Trump won by nearly 30 points in 2016.
And on Tuesday in the middle of the afternoon, Pete drew a crowd of nearly 175 people in Osceola -- a town in Clarke County, which only had 316 Democrats caucus in total in 2016 in the entire county. Clarke County voted twice for Obama but made a 29.5 point swing from Obama to Trump in 2016. [[link removed]]
These stats show us people are turning out in unprecedented ways. Everything happening in Iowa is a testament to what Pete can do to unite Americans at a time of severe division in our country.
If we follow our gut and do what’s right, we can win. We’re days away from the first of many turning points in our nation’s history.
So let’s go make some history.
