It is incumbent upon every Arizonan to exercise their civic responsibility by voting. That's why we are encouraging every Phoenix resident to get out and vote in the upcoming Special Election on August 27!

On Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, the City of Phoenix will conduct a Special Election, in which registered voters will decide on two ballot measures—Prop 105 & Prop 106—that propose to amend City Charter provisions pertaining to Light Rail expansion and Pensions.

"Prop 105" is a proposed Charter Amendment pertaining to Light Rail expansion. Click here for more information.

"Prop 106" is a proposed Charter Amendment pertaining to City of Phoenix Pensions. Click here for more information.

Remember: Voters in City of Phoenix elections can use any of the voting centers to cast a ballot, and voting centers will be open for voting for THREE DAYS. The voting centers for this election will be open on these days: 
  • Saturday, August 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Monday, August 26 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 27 (Election Day) from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
