We can do this.

Friend — HUGE news out of Ohio: Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights just submitted over 700,000 signatures to put abortion on the ballot in Ohio this November!

KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM → DONATE NOW

After last year’s Dobbs decision and the fall of Roe v. Wade, anti-choice extremist lawmakers rushed to try and pass a 6-week ban on all abortions in Ohio. After months-long litigation, abortion still remains legal up to 22 weeks in the state, but don’t get us wrong — reproductive health care protections are hanging by a thread.

This ballot measure is one sure way Ohio voters can secure their permanent reproductive freedom. Will you rush a donation to keep up the momentum and help us protect reproductive health care access in Ohio and everywhere, team?

Last year, voters in 5 states used ballot measures to permanently protect abortion — including two campaigns backed by Fairness Project in purple states like Michigan and Vermont. And extremist officials know that the same outcome is possible in Ohio, so they are doing everything they can to try and defeat this measure.

The fight ahead will be tough, but we know securing permanent abortion protections is possible, friend. If you’re with us and our friends at Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights, will you rush a donation to keep up the momentum and help us ensure Ohio voters get the chance to secure their reproductive freedom at the ballot box this November?
