I apologize for sending the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Appendix K Unwinding Notice late. I have attached it below.
Appendix K was submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These provisions allowed the state to request temporary modifications to the state's HCBS programs during the Public Health Emergency (PHE) declaration.
