Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito got caught with their hands in the billionaire cookie jar, John. They accepted gifts worth huge sums of money from right-wing billionaires, defying any sense of ethics or decency.

Publicly, Republicans are rushing to their defense. But all across Capitol Hill there are grumbles of frustration coming from GOP members of Congress. Republicans KNOW Thomas and Alito were acting unethically, and they’re BEGGING Chief Justice Roberts to do something to fix it.

We’ve exposed the corruption on the Supreme Court, John — and now Republicans are in a corner defending the indefensible. Help us keep the pressure up by making a donation now →

But Roberts is a deer in headlights — unable to move, unwilling to act.

Congress is going to need to step in and fix the Supreme Court’s blatant ethics problem. Now is our moment to lift up the bills Hank has been working on for years to reform the Supreme Court. Now is our moment.

John, you’ve been part of Hank’s team since before we reached this critical turning point. Will you please show Hank you’ve still got his back by making a contribution of any amount while he leads Congress to reform the Supreme Court?
