After marathon negotiation session, contract talks between Teamsters and UPS collapse

Around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, UPS walked away from the bargaining table after presenting an unacceptable offer to the Teamsters that did not address members’ needs. The UPS Teamsters National Negotiating Committee unanimously rejected the package. If Teamsters at UPS end up going on strike, it would potentially be the largest single-employer strike in American history.
