ICYMI: Thanks to our strong supporter base, this month we were able to launch a new resource for our candidates and their staff: a New Politics Hotline! Candidates and their staff can access 15-minute coaching appointments with a member of the New Politics staff to get immediate, technical support.
Efrain was born in our nation’s capital and was raised in a military family which took him across the country as well as the world. Efrain later joined the service himself, first enlisting as a reservist in the US Army, but after being the first in his family to finish college right after high school, Efrain earned his commission in the Active Army. Efrain served as an Infantry Officer in Fort Polk, Louisiana and upon being promoted to Captain, Efrain transferred to the Military Intelligence Corps, where he served at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, eventually deploying in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
