Why we are 350: Scientists overwhelmingly agree that 350ppm CO2 is the upper limit to sustain life as humans have lived it. For 800,000+ years atmospheric CO2 varied between roughly 180 to 280ppm (graphic).

Petition from 350.org National
‘Oil corporations did this: make them pay for a liveable future!
The climate crisis is here. Wisconsin is seeing more of the effects including air quality (Canada smoked us last week and it wasn't hockey!) and drought.
At the same time, the coal, oil and fossil gas corporations that caused this crisis are making record profits. All while ordinary people everywhere are struggling with the surging cost of living.
That’s not right. To protect our planet’s future – and our own health – we need our leaders to take practical action.
They must make oil corporations pay up by taxing their excess profits, and use the money to fund a swift transition to just, clean, renewable energy for everyone.
With us? Add your name to make them pay up for a livable future powered by renewable energy.

350MKE Fridays for Future
Fridays from 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Chase & Wells Fargo Banks
Many banks (including Chase and Wells Fargo) are lending their depositor's money to fossil fuel companies to develop new fossil fuel production.
We want more people to be aware of this and hopefully change their bank or talk to the bank management!
We get honks and thumbs up from drivers and passersby. Some people stop and have a chat about what the banks are doing, or ask, "What is fossil fuel?"
We're alternating between two Chase Bank locations.
Chase Bank Calendar:
We have signs, or bring your own!
Masks and Physical Distancing as appropriate
No protest Below 25F, Winter Advisory, Wet snow/rain (paper signs), AQI > 80
