In Joshua Tree, United States a Chevy Bolt EV  used for a road trip is parked along the scenic landscape of the California National Park in spring at dusk.

Let's speed into an electric vehicle future!

Did you know that you can drive coast to coast in an electric vehicle? Not only is it easy, but there are thousands of routes that you can take to cross the country. In fact, The Department of Energy has a map of all of the charging stations with a route planner built in.

Now you may not take a cross-country road trip every year, but it is nice to know you can make the longer trips for the holidays or summer vacations cleaner and greener in your electric vehicle.

It’s easier now than ever to own an electric vehicle and, with the help of the Biden administration, it only continues to get easier. The EPA has proposed a rule that sets stronger emissions standards that could lead to two-thirds of all new passenger vehicles being zero-emitting by 2032. Help drive the United States into a cleaner future by submitting a public comment in support of this proposal.

Ready to put the pedal to the metal for EVs?

Passenger cars and trucks are responsible for 57% of the transportation sector’s total climate emissions, but we’re on the cusp of changing that.

With money from Biden’s clean energy plan, there are tax credits for purchasing zero-emission vehicles and for building up charging infrastructure.

This is why the EPA rule is so important. It will help the EV market grow and create more kinds of EV cars and trucks that you can buy. This means that there will be more ways to clean up our roadways, protecting our health and our climate.

The comment period closes tonight! If we take action now, we can tackle this major source of air and climate pollution to build a better and cleaner future for all of us.

Shift into high gear to cut tailpipe pollution

I’m ready for a better future. Are you, John?
