Bill McKibben will be in Chicago!  For those of you who don't already know, Bill McKibben is the founder of 350.org, the global grassroots environmental organization dedicated to fighting climate change, of which 350 Chicago is a chapter.  Bill is also the author of several books, the most recent of which, Falter, has won critical acclaim.

On February 25th, Bill will be participating in a panel discussion in the Spertus Institute's Critical Conversations 2020 Series: Responses to Climate Change.  Moderated by David Wallace-Wells, the deputy editor and climate columnist for New York Magazine, the panel will also include Karenna Gore, Kevin Green, Mirele B Goldsmith, and Katherine Milkman. These activists and experts will explore solutions to climate change and what is currently keeping those solutions from gaining traction.

Tickets may be purchased online.  All tickets include pre-program drinks and appetizers from 5:00-6:15PM.  VIP tickets include pre-program event, VIP seating, and post-program reception with the panelists.
