Happy Fourth of July, John!

Today we celebrate the founding of our great nation based on the guiding principles of democracy, equality, and justice for all.

Thanks to hardworking people dedicated to ensuring our country lives up to its promises enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and Constitution, the U.S. has come so far since its founding in 1776. But I know there is still work to do.

We must continue fighting tirelessly to materialize the nation that our founding fathers dreamed of achieving one day - one with liberty and justice for all.

However you're celebrating this Independence Day, I hope you join me in reflecting on our American values and the ways we can keep fighting for them every single day.
