John,
I'm so excited to announce the Working Families Party's next endorsement for Congress: Jamaal Bowman in New York's 16th District!
Can you split a contribution right now to join Jamaal's people-powered campaign and help WFP elect progressives to Congress up and down the ballot this year?

Jamaal is an educator, a husband and a father of three. For two decades, he has been on the front lines of the fight for education justice — fighting for a culturally responsible curriculum, restorative justice, and equitable funding for public education.
Now he's taking the courageous step of running for Congress to fight for all working people in New York's 16th District in the Bronx and Westchester — for strong public schools, for racial justice, for an end to mass incarceration, and to enact a Green New Deal.
Jamaal is a champion for children and working families. He's a proven diverse coalition builder. He's won the support of community groups and progressive leaders including New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams. And he's running an incredible people-powered campaign that has him within striking distance.
But this is going to be a tough fight. Jamaal won't have big corporate PAC and lobbyist money on his side. He'll be counting on all of US coming together to help him win.
Jamaal’s campaign has already received donations from every state and is close to 10,000 individual donations. Become the 10,000th contributor to this movement by donating today — and let's make 2020 the biggest progressive wave yet in Congress.
The Working Families Party will be fighting tooth and nail to elect progressives like Jamaal in all corners of the country this year, from county legislatures all the way to Congress. We couldn't be more grateful to have you by our side.
In solidarity,
Sochie Nnaemeka
New York WFP State Director
