Elenis decision on Friday, which represented a major win for Americans’ First Amendment rights. As The Federalist’s Jordan Boyd reported, the high court ruled that the government cannot force Colorado graphic artist Lorie Smith to “make wedding websites celebrating same-sex couples because it would violate her constitutional right to exercise her Christian belief that marriage is between a man and a woman.” The high court further noted that such state-enforced coercion is a violation of Smith’s First Amendment rights.... A program like this, of course, should also focus on the villains in the mass murder of more than one million Americans and nearly 7 million people worldwide who have died from COVID-19. Biden has wanted to "cancel" student loan debt amounts of $10,000 or $20,000, depending on circumstances, and have taxpayers pay up. But the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling, said no.
