EXCLUSIVE: California GOP Secretly Plots To Amend Bylaws Pertaining To CA Presidential Delegation Process In An Effort To Undermine Donald Trump's 2024 Re-ElectionThe diabolical plan to poach Presidential delegates in California from Donald Trump traces all the way back to RINO Speaker of the House and CA Congressman Kevin McCarthy.NOTE: Please consider upgrading your subscription here for $7 month to help me keep this publication up and running. I have obtained EXCLUSIVE documentation which proves that the California GOP (CAGOP), specifically CAGOP Chairwoman Jessica Patterson along with California RNC national committee woman Harmeet Dhillon and committee man Shawn Steel are trying to amend the bylaws regarding the Presidential delegation process in California as it relates to the RNC’s nomination of the 2024 GOP nominee. This won’t be good for President Trump. Essentially, the CAGOP is trying to amend the “winner take all” standard for the California delegation process (which has been in place for years) so they can award delegates to the GOP candidate who comes in second place as a way to counter delegate wins for President Trump in New Hampshire and Iowa since California has 169 delegates, which is the most delegates out of any state in the country. If the current national polling trends were to remain the same until the California GOP primary, the proposed bylaw amendment to California’s allocation of convention delegates could possibly result in more than 50 of California’s 169 delegates being allocated to Ron DeSantis, who is currently polling in second place after President Trump, who has a 40 point national lead over DeSantis as the GOP frontrunner. It is worth noting that the authors and cosigners of this proposed bylaw change, including Jessica Patterson, Harmeet Dhillon, and Shawn Steel, all could have proposed the change in 2020, when President Trump was the uncontested candidate on the ballot for President, but they didn’t. Thus, it begs the question…why now? It appears as though the CAGOP is amending the bylaws in an effort to tip the delegate scale in favor of Ron DeSantis, who is currently polling in second place after President Trump. Earlier California polling at the beginning of Ron DeSantis’s campaign showed him leading Donald Trump, but following two indictments and a massive opposition research file dump on Ron DeSantis, President Trump has skyrocketed in the polls and is undeniably the national GOP frontrunner. Knowing that DeSantis is now trailing Donald Trump by over 30 points, the CAGOP appears to be scrambling to implement their backup plan which could possibly shave up to or more than 50 delegates off of President Trump’s California delegate count. Doing so would significantly boost DeSantis’s delegate count, and possibly rob Donald Trump of the GOP nomination via California delegates in a brokered convention given that DeSantis is unlikely to win the New Hampshire and Iowa primaries. As previously reported in June, this is a strategy that has been concocted by CAGOP to transfer delegates from President Trump and move them over to Ron DeSantis in an effort to undermine President Trump and hinder his chances of securing the GOP nomination for President since it is unlikely that DeSantis will win the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries. RINO Speaker of the House and California Congressman Kevin McCarthy works closely with CA GOP ChairwomanJessica Patterson, whose name appears on these exclusively obtained documents. The byline of the document I have obtained clearly indicates that the proposed bylaw amendment was sent from Jessica Patterson on June 17, 2023 at 11:42 am to Danielle Cullum and Bryan Watkins, and it also shows that Patterson ccd Harmeet Dhillon and Shawn Steel. Th email from Jessica Patterson with reads,
Jessica Patterson signed this proposed bylaw amendment which she proposed and signed along with CA National committee members Harmeet Dhillon and Shawn Steel. The CAGOP is set to vote on this bylaw amendment at their next Executive Committee meeting on July 29th in Irvine, CA at the Irvine Marriott Hotel at 9:30 am.
This has been kept a secret from California Republicans in a dubious effort to hoodwink California voters and to allocate election decision making to a small group of establishment Republicans in California as opposed to allowing the Republican voters of California to select their preferred GOP nominee without interference. Following publication of my previous report, members of the CAGOP leadership, including former anti-Trump CAGOP Chair Ron Nehring, who also served as Ted Cruz’s spokesperson for his 2016 Presidential campaign against Donald Trump in 2016, attacked me on Twitter and called me a liar regarding the information I have exposed and made available to the public. Little did they know that I have been in possession of the documentation which proves what I have claimed regarding CAGOP’s conspiracy to sabotage President Trump via a bylaw amendment regarding the way California will allocate Presidential primary delegates in the 2024 GOP Presidential primary. CAGOP has been trying to keep their dirty trick and deceptive procedural ploy a secret, but I’m blowing the whistle on their blatant effort to sabotage President Trump and prevent him from securing the 2024 GOP nomination. It cannot go without saying that their diabolical plan to undermine President Trump and the will of California GOP delegates and voters directly traces back to Speaker of the House and CA GOP Congressman Kevin McCarthy. Immediately following publication of my report, iconic GOP strategist and longtime Trump confidant Roger Stone tweeted,
As the race to the White House continues to heat up amid the 2024 GOP Presidential primary, Kevin McCarthy’s lack of an endorsement for President Trump’s re-election continues to be the elephant in the room. Last week, following the publication of my exclusive and damning report which exposed the fact that Kevin McCarthy has been directing his top donors to hold fundraisers for President Trump’s 2024 opponents, McCarthy went on CNBC and said he doesn’t think President Trump is the strongest GOP candidate ahead of 2024. Last week, I joined former Trump advisor Steve Bannon on his show War Room to discuss how Kevin McCarthy is scheming and plotting behind the scenes to undermine President Trump’s 2024 re-election, and how McCarthy is aiding Trump’s opponents by weaponizing the establishment GOP donor class. Unsurprisingly, McCarthy had no problem using President Trump to secure his endorsement in January 2023 when McCarthy ran for Speaker of the House. Yet, even with President Trump’s endorsement, McCarthy struggled to receive support for his bid for Speaker of the House, which took 15 separate votes on the floor of the House to make him Speaker since so many Republican representatives, including many who have endorsed President Trump for re-election in 2024, adamantly opposed McCarthy’s Speakership. Kevin McCarthy is a snake, and he always been. It’s long past the time that President Trump and his advisors face the fact that Kevin McCarthy is not a Trump ally, and he never has been. Endorsing Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House in 2023 is a mistake that is coming back to haunt President Trump and his re-election in real time. However, it’s not too late for President Trump to politically chop this snake’s head off before the snake is able to strike and spew his venom again. Due to the concessions that were agreed upon during the contentious Speaker of the House vote in January 2023, which established that the Speaker’s chair could be vacated if one member of the GOP Congress called for a Motion to Vacate, McCarthy has been walking on a tight rope. It is time for a brave member of the House GOP to call for a motion to vacate the chair. As has been reported,
McCarthy knows he is bound to the concessions he agreed to during his contentious bid for Speaker of the House, and it is for this reason alone that he has likely directed his lapdogs in the CAGOP, including CAGOP Chairwoman Jessica Patterson to undermine Donald Trump behind the scenes by changing California’s longstanding “winner takes all” delegate process as it relates to the California Presidential primary.
