East Plaza restrooms temporarily closed for repairs
Scope & Impact: Effective immediately, East Plaza restrooms are closed for plumbing repairs.
Where: East Plaza, above the 14th Avenue tunnel.
When: The restrooms will be closed until further notice. Work is expected to be completed within the week.
Why: The work is required for emergency repairs to a nearby sewer line. DES needs to temporarily close the restrooms to clear clogged drains.
All work is weather dependent. The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Buildings and Grounds staff will be conducting this work.
