Through my work as an educator, I have witnessed firsthand how low-income students are being held down by a system that’s rigged for the wealthy and the powerful. I have seen the consequences of poverty, the school-to-prison pipeline, and inadequate housing.

While our government has funded wars and cut vital public services, the most vulnerable among us have been legislated out of the American dream. I am running to bring a movement for justice to NY-16, and I can’t do it without your help.
