At Courier Newsroom, our mission is to combat this kind of bad information — not give it more oxygen just to drive ratings and profits.
John, the mainstream media has been giving Donald Trump wall-to-wall coverage since news of his indictment first broke.
National news organizations have rushed to cover his every move, even broadcasting live feeds of his plane landing. And every time they give him a platform, he’s a firehose of disinformation, spreading lies about voter fraud, the January 6th insurrection, the 2020 election results, and more.
Americans are tired of the mainstream media’s profit- and ratings-driven coverage that prioritizes sensationalism over important fact-based news. Some even fear a repeat of 2016 where networks like CNN prominently featured Trump despite his constant lies, inadvertently helping him on his way to the White House.
So what do you think? Should the media continue to let Donald Trump’s every move blot out the sun, or should they hold him accountable for spreading dangerous lies and disinformation on their airwaves? Take our quick, 1-click poll:

In 2016, it was mainstream media networks like CNN that helped legitimize Trump and his candidacy by giving him constant coverage to drive ads revenue — all while Trump berated them as ‘fake news.’
Right now, we’re concerned they’re falling into the same trap but we want to get a sense of what our supporters think and — depending on the responses we get — what you think our next steps should be.
