The Governor noted that this appointment shifts the dynamics of the court to a conservative majority. We here at the Republican Party of Arkansas are thankful for Justice Hiland's tenure at the party and are excited that his legal talents now belong to the Arkansas Supreme Court. CNN Poll: A CNN poll from May shows 66% disapprove of the economy. Even within the Democrat Party, just 7 in 10 approve of the ecoconomy.
