OJJDP's Center for Coordinated Assistance to States [ [link removed] ], in partnership with the?American Institutes for Research [ [link removed] ] and Youth MOVE National [ [link removed] ], has released ?Toolkit For Implementing Authentic Youth Engagement Strategies Within State Advisory Groups [ [link removed] ].?

This toolkit focuses on ways state advisory groups (SAGs) can engage with youth members and understand youth justice issues. Graphic organizers and interactive tools are included to help SAGs assess and enhance their youth engagement strategies.

Topics include:


* Promoting youth recruitment and retention.
* Increasing engagement with unique populations.
* Youth-adult partnerships.
* Youth engagement readiness, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging practices.
